How does it work?

From our base in Vera, Almeria, we can manage your property and keep an eye on it while you are away:

At your request (either as a single event or as part of a scheduled plan), we will visit your property in Almeria and the surrounding areas of Vera, Mojacar, Garrucha, Puerto Rey, Bedar, Villaricos, Albox, Arboleas and so on.

We inspect the security and integrity and condition of the building and/or the progress of building work.  We report back to you via email or post or fax with photo attachments.  In an emergency situation, we would of course call.

• Home security surveillance without the full charges of some rental management packages on offer from some Spanish property management companies
• Rented homes or an empty holiday home property  -  we can inspect both types of overseas property and report back to you (even homes that you have under management contract)
• Regular weekly, fortnighly or monthly reports emailed or posted to your home address
• Peace of mind for absent owners including checks for water leaks, electricity, telephone and water supplies
• Caretaking services also available including special instructions following bad weather
• 'Work in progress' reports on your new-build property under construction by a local builder
• Monitoring of your rental management contract with a rental managemnt company, its occupancy level and condition

Typical costs:

Plan 1 (Exterior inspection every fortnight)

£20 (€30) per month [or £200 (€300) annual payment]

Plan 2 (Exterior and some interior inspection every fortnight)

£30 (€44) per month [or £300 (€440) annual payment]

Each plan is customised to each individual property and the type of service requested.  We will send you a written quote in advance and services can be amended according to your wishes and budget.

We have a completely transparant pricing policy and we would not undertake any work or incur any expense extra to your chosen plan without your approval.

We forward you 'Property Inspection' worksheets at regular intervals as per your requested surveillance 'Plan'
